Correct a listing
Our directory holds about fifteen thousand funeral homes, gathered from state licensing rosters, price surveys and public directories in September 2026. Somewhere in that we are wrong. If it is your home, tell us and we will fix it.
Four promises, so you know what you are dealing with.
- There is no charge to correct, hide or remove a listing, and there never will be for a funeral home correcting its own entry.
- Ask us to remove your listing and it goes, immediately, with no argument and no counter offer.
- Ask us to show no prices for your home and we will show none, and keep the listing.
- Nobody can pay to appear higher in this directory. Homes are ordered by whether we hold a price and then alphabetically.

If you are sending a price list
That is the most useful thing you can send us and it replaces whatever we hold. Paste a link to your general price list, or the direct cremation, immediate burial and basic services figures with the date they took effect. The FTC Funeral Rule does not require you to email anyone a price list, and we are not suggesting it does. We are asking because a current figure from you beats a survey figure from 2014 that a family is reading as though it were current.
Why the old figures are there at all
Most prices in this directory come from Funeral Consumers Alliance affiliate surveys and public directories, and several are years old. We show the date beside every one of them rather than quietly presenting them as current, because a family who arrives with a 2014 number in their head and then hears today's price concludes they are being overcharged. That is a problem for you as much as for them, and a current figure fixes it for both.
